The digital WT-300D model (purple receivers, turquoise transmitters) is not compatible with the older analog generations of this model (red receivers, blue transmitters).
Lack of compatibility is not grounds for a complaint or return of the goods.

The Okayo WT-300 can only be described as iconic. Its red receivers have accompanied guides and tourists all over Europe for more than 10 years. They have won a large group of devoted fans thanks to excellent parameters such as range, operating time, a durable housing and simple operation.
All good things come to an end… to make room for something better!
The new digital generation – the Okayo WT-300D (Digital).
Thanks to the switch to digital transmission, we can not only offer a better price than the older analog versions (parts for analog systems are no longer manufactured, so their prices keep rising), but above all a new feature that was previously unavailable – remote channel switching in the receivers. In addition, the Okayo WT-300D receivers are equipped with HAC (Hearing Aid Compatible), which makes them friendly for hearing aid users.
Less is more.
The Okayo WT-300D has 25 channels… However, this is only seemingly fewer than in the older generation.
The new digital Okayo WT-300 has more channels that can be used simultaneously than its analog predecessor. As many as 25 groups can be guided at the same time on separate channels in the same limited area (in the analog model – up to 10). This means that the probability of interference caused by other groups using the same model at popular tourist sites is even lower.
New model – familiar advantages.
The Okayo WT-300D offers the well-known, very good range and an even longer operating time than its analog older brother. On a single charge/battery change, the receiver works for over 35 hours, i.e. 10 hours longer.
The WT-300D housing has not changed except for… the colour. It is still made of proven ABS material that resists not only cracks but even minor scratches, but this time it stands out with an unusual and original colour.
The transmitter has a built-in microphone in case you misplace your favourite external microphone, e.g. LM-90 or HM-65.
All existing accessories, including Okayo HDC-300 chargers, work with the new Okayo WT-300D model.
