Okayo FreeCom is a hi-tech hands-free intercom system for full duplex two-way communication. The solution is dedicated to hospitals, clinics, medical facilities, laboratories, and emergency services personnel. It serves to create an immediate and professional communication system for medical and hospital personnel.
Okayo FreeCom enables simultaneous conversation in conference mode with up to 6 people with an unlimited number of headset users on the same radio channel. The system works without a license (with the possibility of access encryption) in the radio band 863 MHz ~ 865 MHz in 4GFSK digital modulation; it’s resistant to unwanted interference from other nearby radio systems such as Wi-Fi, wireless microphones, and microports. FreeCom comes with 7 independent communication channels (all channels can operate in the same area simultaneously), where an unlimited number of users can listen and join the conversation.
Okayo FreeCom system can be used as a two-way audio solution for training and discussion panels for stationary and remote participants. It offers full connectivity to external audio platforms, Zoom messaging, and Teams, providing clinicians with transparent two-way real-time communication with remote seminars, as well as between classrooms and similar locations.

FreeCom is a digital two-way system with a wide range of applications based on four main assumptions:
Flexibility – Each intercom can be set as Master, Sub-Master, or group listening only (Listen).
Control – priority feature of Master unit over others for introducing order in the team.
Security – digital encryption of access to the channel. In the case of private broadcasts, a closed group can be encrypted to prevent unauthorized persons from eavesdropping on your conversations.
Wireless – no base station, installation, or device registration. The system can be used in all environments – both indoors and outdoors.
