Convenient case with UV-C sterilization.
– Battery powered
– PIR sensor – protects the user from exposure to UVC light
– Low weight of device
– Very easy and safe operation
The case is used to safely sterilize tourguide receivers and transmitters with UV-C light. It is equipped with 2 lamps with a power of 2+2W each. The lamps are fit with a PIR motion sensor that protects against the emission of UV-C light when motion is detected nearby. Sterilization begins 20 seconds after starting the lamps and with the case lid closed. The sterilization time is 60 seconds.
The lamps do not require a permanent power source as they are equipped with rechargeable batteries. Charging via a USB cable (included). Charging time – 1 hour, working time at full charge – 85 minutes.
Depending on the model, the case may contain 40 or more units of equipment.
The lamps use an appropriate bactericidal wavelength UV – 275 nm (C band).
The ultraviolet (UV) light band is divided into 3 ranges – A, B and C. Only the C range (100-280 nm) has bactericidal properties.
UV-C light sterilization and the coronavirus
The Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) lists UV radiation as one of the ways to fight the coronavirus – ultraviolet light destroys its thin lipid layer.
WARNING! UV-C radiation is harmful to the eyes and skin, plants and animals.
You should not stay in the range of UV-C light. However, our lamp is fit with an effective protection – when motion is detected by the PIR sensor, the light will change to ordinary lighting.
